Members of the Department that wish to join the Columbia Association can do so through the NYCAPS Employee Self Service (ESS) application, accessed via Cityshare. The amounts are fixed and will be taken starting on either the first paycheck of the calendar year or the first paycheck after activating the deduction in ESS. Please see instructions below.
From the DSNY Intranet click on Cityshare
Click on Employee Self-Service from Home menu on the left side of the screen, log-in
Clock on the “Pay and Tax Information” title
Click on the left side link “Deduction Information”
Click on DSNY Fraternal Org Dues
Click on Enroll
Select COLUMBIA ASSOCIATION to join.
